With pleasure I seat myself to answer your kind letter that we received and was glad to hear from you. We are all well at present and hope when these few lines comes to hand they will find you the same. Ma's face has got well, I am doctoring for my nose and face, the doctor says he can cure me but it will take a good while. Mary's is all well but Willie, he has a bad cold. We have not been down there yet to spend the day. I have not seen Elva's stockings yet. Ma and I saw Lon in town once since you was up. I received a letter from Mat McCullough last week, they were all well. Uncle and Emma is talking of coming down to see us. The little colts is well but I have bad news to tell you about Dick, he is dead. Bob is jumping around as much as ever, he got in mischief the other day, he clumb up on the little porch and hurt the bird's head, he is about well now. We are cleaning house, we have all the basement to do yet but the milk room. Cal Nicklin is married, she got married last Tuesday and went to the Centennial. I have written all the news for this time. I received the pattern. I have not seen any more baloons, have you, good by.
